Visualization because it’s important that you can see yourself in a successful position. If you’ve been there mentally, you can make it a reality.
What ritual brings you the most happiness?
Spending time with my mom before big competitions. Seeking advice from her.
Do you have any meal-time rituals?
Hydration and carbo-loading before big matches. It gives me the energy to perform in overtime moments.
What advice would you give to anyone that feels unable to reach the next level of success?
Confidence in yourself. No one can motivate you more than you. I’ve overcome a lot of difficult circumstances in my life from pure self-motivation to be a better version of myself.
Who has inspired or influenced any of your rituals?
Top level athletes in various sports. For examples, Michael Phelps and Wim Hof.
Do you use rituals to help you achieve your goals?
It’s important that everyone has routines/rituals because it prepares your mind and body to stay calm under pressure situations.

Michael Phelps for his physical skill set and body structure. Wim Hof for his mental agility and breath work.
