All of our supplements: Proteins, Pre-Workout, Hydration, and Superfood Greens are all proudly made in the United States.

NSF Certified for Sport® certifies each batch of our products is tested by an independent, non-government third party, NSF International. It also certifies that Ladder products do not contain any of the 270+ substances banned by USADA, MLB, NHL, and other professional sports organizations. This certification ensures the contents of the supplement actually match what is printed on the label and that there are no unsafe levels of contaminants or heavy metals in the products. Our Plant Proteins, Pre-Workout, Hydration, and Superfood Greens are all 100% vegan and non-GMO.

Yes, all Ladder products are gluten-free.

Each Ladder product was designed for a different purpose. Ladder Pre-Workout should be used 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. Ladder Plant and Whey Protein can be taken at any time, but both are commonly enjoyed before or after a workout (within 1-2 hours). Ladder Greens can also be taken at any time, but we recommend not using in the evening as a small percentage of individuals have difficulty sleeping after consuming Vitamin D.

All Ladder products were made to be mixed with 8-12 oz of water, so you can enjoy the products on the go. If you're looking to change it up, here are some of our favorite ways to take them:

Protein: Milk or milk alternatives like almond or oat milk. We also like blending them into our smoothies for a post-workout snack.

Superfood Greens: We like mixing with coconut water or apple juice to add a little bit of sweetness.

Pre-Workout: We like sticking with water.

Both proteins were formulated using premium ingredients, but the biggest difference is that Plant Protein is vegan and designed for anyone who is sensitive to or avoiding dairy. Both have 130 calories, are complete proteins with all of the essential amino acids, and are boosted with probiotics. Whey has slightly more protein per serving (26 grams compared to 21 grams).

Our Pre-Workout contains 100mg of caffeine (from natural green tea leaves), which is roughly the same as one cup of coffee. We also added L-theanine (an amino acid produced by your body) to help enhance your boost while reducing the likelihood of jitters or a caffeine crash.

Superfood Greens also contains a small amount of caffeine from matcha - about 17mg or 1/5 cup of coffee.

That tingling sensation is a natural response that some people experience when they take beta-alanine. This amino acid (which your body naturally produces) helps you fight off fatigue. The sensation is typically gone within 30 minutes of consumption.

If you’ve never tried a product with beta-alanine before, we recommend starting with half a packet of Pre-Workout.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid that is naturally produced by your body.

Beta-alanine reduces the feeling of muscle fatigue. It helps you exercise harder and improve athletic performance. Some people experience a tingling sensation when they consume beta-alanine. It is a normal response and should subside within 30 minutes. The tingling might be eliminated if you take with food.

Yes, we like mixing our products into our favorite recipes. All of our ingredients are food-grade, so cooking with our products does not reduce their effectiveness.

Some Ladder products contain vegetables and cocoa. California's Proposition 65 requires a label for any products with naturally-occurring levels of trace metals. All of our products are tested during our manufacturing process and by a third party, NSF International, which guarantees their quality and safety.

We recommend washing your bottle with soap and warm water after every use. The shaker bottle is NOT dishwasher safe. Putting it in the dishwasher can cause paint to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective. After washing, we recommend that you dry your shaker bottle by airing it out upside down.

Our products were not designed for children, but all of our products are NSF Certified for Sport, which ensures there aren’t unsafe levels of contaminants and our product labels match exactly what’s in the product.

Our Pre-Workout has 100mg of caffeine, so likely it may not be appropriate for your child (depending on their age).

Ordering

You can only order in quantities of 15, 30, or 45 packets of a single product. If you're looking to order more than 45 packets of a single product, please contact our support team here.

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order or reach out to our support team here. Unfortunately, we cannot process changes after the order is placed.

We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, you may return any unwanted items once you receive your order.

Managing Your Subscription

To start, all subscription orders cost 20% less than one-time purchases. Active subscribers also receive 20% off all Gear purchases. Subscribers and members are the first to know about all Ladder news: new products, events, partnerships, etc.

And finally, our subscriptions are flexible and we are more than happy to adjust them to fit your needs.

You can manage your subscription through your user account. Log in to your account HERE and you can do the following:

Because our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days. Each month you'll get an email 5 days before your next order will be finalized and charged, so you won't be charged without a heads-up.

US Shipping

We currently ship to the following: all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

International: We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the European Union (EU), Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK).

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Yes, we offer 2 business day expedited shipping for an additional $15 and and next business day expedited shipping for $30.

All orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Once an order leaves our facility, it should deliver within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the European Union (EU), Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK). We are always looking to add more countries, so please reach out if you would like us to ship to yours!

We offer weight-based shipping rates on all international orders, so shipping costs are determined by the size of the order. This international shipping service is DDP, meaning that duties and taxes are paid upfront by the customer at checkout.

We use Passport Shipping as our global delivery partner and they built a state-of-the-art shipping calculator that estimates duties and taxes before you place your order. International orders will take between 7-14 business days to deliver.

No, expedited shipping is not currently available for international orders, but it is something we are considering. We have worked with Passport Shipping, our global delivery partner, to provide superior shipping speeds all over the world (only 7-14 business day delivery) at a nominal flat shipping rate (USD).

You may purchase with your local payment method and billing address. However, all payments will be processed and settled in US dollars. We do not localize currency at this time, but it’s something we may consider in the future.

All orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

For international orders, your order should deliver within 7-14 business days. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

However, every country has their own rules and regulations when it comes to nutritional supplements. We abide by all rules and therefore certain products may be restricted in specific countries.
