The Fuel: Acai-Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
Why it Works: It’s filled with all the nutrients I need to succeed.
Why she loves it: Fueling my body is extremely important to me. It's what allows me to perform as an athlete, coach, and mum! This smoothie tastes great and gives me what I need to thrive.
When to take it: I prefer the smoothie in the morning to start the day. But, after my hard workouts, I'm known to use it post-workout too.
Bec's Workout Fuel
- 1 Scoop/Packet Ladder Plant Protein (Chocolate)
- 1 Scoop/Packet Ladder Greens
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 frozen açaí block
- 1 cup of almond milk
- A handful of ice cubes
